English Meaning
Cold hills turn deep green; autumn waters murmur day by day. Leaning on a staff outside the wicker gate, I face the wind and listen to evening cicadas. The ford holds the last of the setting sun; a lone smoke rises over the village — and here comes drunk Pei, singing wildly before the willows.
