Original Poem
天地英雄气，千秋尚凛然。势分三足鼎，业复五铢钱。
得相能开国，生儿不象贤。凄凉蜀故妓，来舞魏宫前。
Pinyin
tiān dì yīng xióng qì， qiān qiū shàng lǐn rán。 shì fēn sān zú dǐng， yè fù wǔ zhū qián。
dé xiāng néng kāi guó， shēng ér bù xiàng xián。 qī liáng shǔ gù jì， lái wǔ wèi gōng qián。
English Meaning
The heroic spirit of heaven and earth remains awesome a thousand autumns on. His might carved out the three-legged tripod; his enterprise sought to restore the Han coin. Finding a minister, he could found a state; but his son was not his like. Now, sadly, the old singers of Shu dance before the palace of Wei.
